New Strategic Partnership: IGHD Signs MoU with University of Oxford

We are proud to announce that IGHD has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Oxford through The Global Health Network (TGHN). This collaboration marks a transformative step in our mission to advance locally led research, strengthen health systems, and build sustainable research capacity in Guinea-Bissau and the wider region.

Through this partnership, IGHD will establish a fully functional TGHN Centre, serving as a regional hub for training, mentorship, and collaborative research. Together with Oxford, we will work to expand access to research tools, develop joint grant proposals, and enhance our visibility within global health research and policy networks.

This agreement reflects our commitment to equitable, evidence-based health solutions and positions IGHD at the forefront of health research innovation in the Global South.
