The Institute for Global Health and Development (IGHD) is a non-profit, which aims to promote transformative and structuring actions in the field of global health and human development.
We work to improve global health, promote gender equality, expand knowledge production and stimulate development in Guinea Bissau and beyond. By working with a diverse range of partners, including local communities, governments, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders, IGHD aims to leverage unique strengths and expertise to achieve sustainable development outcomes.
IGHD Team is comprised mainly of youthful individuals hailing from various corners of the globe, our team is fueled by passion, creativity, and a shared commitment to global health. With diverse professional backgrounds and a strong representation of young women, we embody gender equity, inclusivity and optimism. Despite working remotely from different parts of the world, we unite seamlessly to advance IGHD's agenda, each bringing our unique perspectives and talents to the table.
